All Members receive a renewal invoice shortly
before their anniversary month.
If you have received your renewal invoice, online renewal payment is
available at
ASMC Online. If you have not received your initial username and
password, you may use the information below for your default user
information.
First time users to online membership have been set up with default user
name and passwords, as shown below.
User name: email address on file (for example: john.doe@domain.com) If
we do not have an e-mail address for you, please call or e-mail the
office to set up a username.
Password: asmc + member number (for example: asmc1234)If your number
begins with a zero, do not use the zero.
If you have problems, you may e-mail
ASMC National Headquarters , or if you would like to switch your
membership from single year payments, to multiple year payments, please
contact ASMC National Headquarters.
If you have not received your invoice, you may fill out and send in a
member application and check the “RENEWAL” box. Please allow ten
business days for application processing.
Please fill out all of the information on the application, including a
current email address, so that we have up to date information on you in
our database. Your member number may be found on the mailing label of
your Armed Forces Comptroller. If you can not find your member number,
Ms. Gallegos can give you that information. Below are the links
